Here you will find information on different ways you can support the Harlan Christian Youth Center. The HCYC board accepts our stewardship of the contributions made to the youth center as a solemn responsibility.
From its inception, HCYC has maintained an “open door” policy, with programs available to all children and their families. The gracious and continuing financial support of everyone who believes in our mission has allowed that policy to continue. Both one-time and long-term pledge support are welcomed. We do not receive tax support. We are a tax exempt organization, and your contributions may provide you with significant tax savings.

Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve conditions. Your generous donation will fund our mission. Secure online donations can be made through PayPal by clicking on the donate button below.
We established an endowment fund with the Fort Wayne Community Foundation in 2001. Their professional management, matching fund programs, and your gifts have provided a steadily growing source of long-term funding. It has also allowed staff and volunteers to concentrate on delivering programming to our “kids.”
HCYC Endowment Fund contribution suggestions:
1. Cash donation to the HCYC Endowment Fund
2. Memorial gifts
3. Name HCYC Endowment Fund as beneficiary of life insurance and IRA’s.
4. Trust arrangements
5. Bequests
6. Charitable gift annuities
While some of these methods are quite simple, we would suggest that these decisions be made with the consultation/advice of your accountant or attorney.
